This is a wonderful idea to help recycle wood, these sticks are made from recycled pallets, but you can use any type of recycled wood, you make several cuts and you need to buy the skewers at any grocery store they usually run about 3-4 dollars and you get a whole bag of them 12 skewers in a bag. They flip in and out of the camping stick for safety.
